Processing Time: All custom-made items are crafted with care. Please allow 3 business days for production of the Booky Box before shipping. Processing times for other items may vary.

Shipping Time: Once your item is ready, we ship it within 1 business day. Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Shipping Options: Standard and express shipping options are available at checkout.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

We currently only ship within mainland UK. For international shipping inquiries, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

We want you to love what you receive.

Standard Products: If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Custom Orders: Due to the made-to-order nature of custom or personalized items, we do not accept returns on those unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

How to Request a Return: Please email us at contact@bookybox.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Damaged or Lost Items: If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
